As a global water technology heavyweight with a broad portfolio, Xylem has dozens of well-known product brands they both sell and rent. However, the rental side of their business – which generates more reccurring revenue than sales – had very low awareness among internal teams, customers, and channel partners. The rental subbrand wasn’t memorable or differentiated, and it certainly wasn’t cohesive or inspiring.
After extensive internal and external research, we developed and launched a reimagined brand that told a single cohesive story yet was relevant across a wide range of industries and applications. The launch was enhanced by a range of activation tactics and lead-gen campaigns, and we continue to provide ongoing support to Xylem’s marketing team.
