Building a high-performing services brand for a high-touch consulting firm
Challenge
As a boutique leadership consulting firm, Summit works directly with boards and private equity groups to help a business reach its valuation goals. Their methodologies provide the catalyst for complex organizational transformations, but their process uses the same psychometric tools as the competition. In addition, bigger consulting companies like McKinsey and Bain are increasingly targeting the PE space.
Solution
To help Summit compete in a somewhat commodified industry, we conducted internal and external stakeholder interviews to uncover meaningful points of differentiation. We then built a new brand platform that embodied the client’s real-world business acumen and down-to-earth approach. To create awareness of their new brand, demonstrate thought leadership, and drive inbound leads, we continue to provide ongoing marketing support both digitally and in print.
