We created a luxury hand hygiene brand for the global hospitality industry.

Challenge

As a global leader in hygiene solutions, Diversey has a lot to offer its hospitality clients – except, until recently, the kind of upscale hand soap and lotion brand you’d find in the washroom of 5-star hotel. In this luxury hand hygiene market, established brands like L’Occitane were well known and expected by guests.

Solution

We developed a multi-channel international brand platform for a new luxury-look personal hygiene brand called Lapé. The result has global appeal that blends seamlessly into any washroom environment. While the primary sales channel is existing hospitality customers, we also created a number of consumer-facing touchpoints so that Diversey can one day sell direct to consumers in the luxury soap and lotion category.
