Challenge

Although they began the process of identifying and measuring their environmental, social, and governance (ESG) activities in 2021, Crawford & Company wasn’t ready to formally disclose that data in a public report. At the same time, it was important to demonstrate to investors, clients, and internal staff the Company’s commitment to sustainable operations and social responsibility.

As the world’s largest publicly-listed independent provider of claims management and outsourcing solutions, Crawford’s footprint and capabilities span the globe, and the company strives to make a positive social and environmental impact wherever they operate. Our agency helped them tell this story in an inaugural report that used vivid original photography, compelling stories from around the world, and an easy-to-read layout.
