Heather is our word nerd or, to use the professional term, our verbal identity specialist. She cut her tone of voice teeth setting up and running a brand language team at one of London’s top communications agencies. Over the past 12 years she’s helped some of the biggest brands around create a better customer and employee experience through using a consistent tone of voice – eBay, Coca Cola, T-Mobile, Sotheby’s, London Underground and JP Morgan are just some of the businesses she’s worked with.
She has an eagle eye for a misplaced apostrophe, but is much more interested in waking people up to the power of good words in creating better businesses. Ironically, she hates crosswords and Scrabble. When not working with words she can be found stretching her legs in her Sauconys, watching art-house films and sniffing out the best pizza around. But not all at the same time.
